I downloaded the demo for this game fully expecting to just delete it after I tried it. But after discovering how much fun this game is with the "focus" feature to control the ball in flight and the robust multiplayer options, both local co-op and Xbox Live, I bought it and have had a ball. The graphics are well done, and the controls are easy to learn and responsive. The game is fun even after getting all the achievements, as its fun to try to beat your best score on a course.
There is a slight problem with the Xbox Live multiplayer because if anyone quits, the game ends (instead of replacing them with an AI) for everyone. Quite annoying, but doesn't ruin the game in my opinion. Another downside is that the game only comes with 2 courses, but you can buy a third course set on a desert for 320 points. The desert course is my favorite of the 3 because it has a nice mix of challenge, fun, and cool-looking environments.
For 800 points, this is an amazing casual game that is fun for short bursts or long play sections with friends.
