You can see that the maker knows his fighting games and has some great ideas. Cool characters, decent animations are there. But alas, the gameplay itself is nearly non-existent. You just wind up standing next to the other fighter bashing buttons and hoping for a dizzy. With more time and maybe with a few extra programmers, there could be something good made out of Battle-X. But as it is, it's about $9 overpriced at $10, unfortunately. |
