Arkanoid? Remade?

I though this game was really fun. Its a mixture of Namco Pacman/SpaceInvaders/Galaga/Arkanoid all mix together in one game. The concept is like Arkanoid, but pacman is the ball you must destroy the blocks. However, the blocks are actually space invaders that can come down like from galaga video games.

This game is a absolute buy for a Arkanoid fan! After all its just $1!

My question is...did these guys get copyright approval?
