Ladybird Galaxy

I'm usually not into score games or shooters but this one has stayed in my memory from when I first tried it. With the price drop I will definitely be taking another look at Ladybird Galaxy.

This one is kind of interesting in that it adds a bit of a pac-man mechanic when you collect the shooting star, because it lets you go after the lady bugs with the guns.

When you think about it the concept is kinda weird but it's a cute game that you shouldn't worry about kids playing too.

This game is incredibly addictive and fun to play. You can play forever with your friends and you will all scream in excite.

This is a bright, addictive little game that isn't like many other games you'll find. The controls do take getting used to, but even as you're learning them it's pretty fun to cruise around in your little ship picking up stuff and avoiding dangers. For a 200pt game, it's really impressive that the game gives you a genuine rush of speed, and feels like you're piloting a little ship!

Because it is easy to pick up this seems to be the perfect game to play a quick match with your buddies at home.

Clean interface and fun gameplay, this what XNA should be all about. First time all four family members (ranging from 4 year old girl to 36 year old wife) have played the 360 togheter.

The game looks nice, plays nice, is easy to pick up and most importantly it's fun. Like other we had our issues with the control scheme, nothing too overwhelming but a simpler more intuitive control scheme would lower the learning curve for the 4 year old (and wife ;-) )

Nice artwork and a fun multiplayer game, it uses a control system similar to micro machines which is very good for pick up and play. Could hve done with a little more to the single player, levels maybe? but for 200 points I cant really complain :)

Visually this game is nice and clean and bright, but the controls are pretty frustrating for me. You press can only control the speed of the ship and then change the angle the plain is flying by pushing left or right, but the controls are always related to the nose of the ship and not the angle it is currently flying. So, when flying left/upside-down the controls are basically backwards from when you're going right. I tried for a while to get the hang of it but it just got to frustrating and I gave up.

If you can get a hang for the controls the game has potential to be fun.
