FLOCK!

"Flock" is just a fun game...period! The concept is simple...use your little spaceship's tractor beam to guide barnyard animals from the field back home. The puzzles get quite difficult as you progress through the game, but this was an almost immediate buy for me when I saw it was on sale one day on Amazon.com for only $10 (800 MS points). Graphics are top notch, too!

This game gets pretty challenging as you progress. If you are a fan of puzzle games then you will most likely like this game and vice versa. Even after you beat the game their are community levels you can play.

Simple and enjoyable gameplay but nothing there to really draw you back. User created levels are good though.

Completed the Demo. Interesting game. Don't know if it doesn't get boring after a while, though.

The game has a lot of personality with a fun look and charming critters. As others have said, the controls are not great. Occasionally you'll run your sheep into the water or fail to get them to move and you won't be sure why. The difficulty isn't too bad. You're rewarded for being very quick, but not punished for being very slow, so you can continue past some of more demanding puzzles without much frustration.

Other than the controls, one issue I have is with the load times. They seem too long considering that every level seems to look so similar and it's a downloaded title.

At $15, I'd definitely check out the demo before purchasing. It's a fun title, but the price is too high to recommend outright.

Considering that they want $15 for this game.

Flock has a great look to it, although I think they were trying to profit off of Little Big Planet's popularity.

The controls leave something to be desired, hard to be precise. It doesn't help that the tractor beam can be finicky about letting you pick things up.

It can also be quite difficult to herd the animals as their reactions to the repulser beam are inconsistent (sometimes it doesn't even phase them). I found it to be frustrating at times.

I spent a good part of the afternoon playing FLOCK and I'm enjoying it for the most part. The game looks and sounds great. There is a lot of replay value trying to get all gold metals. The only issue is that the controls feel a little sluggish to me. That may be intentional since you're flying a space ship, but since levels are timed I want the the ship to feel quick and snappy.
