Great game, using elements from Mr Driller coupled with the multiplayer fun of Mario Kart. Many different types of levels, from straight races to the finish; laps; puzzles, etc.

I'm currently working my way through the single player quest, and finding some levels a breeze (especially when it's the more Puzzley levels) and some an absolute nightmare, almost causing Xbox controllers to be thrown!

It might look very cutesy, but some levels are very difficult! Some have really tight time limits, and others are so long that it is so annoying when you just make one mistake and have to start again!!

But on the whole, it really is great fun - and multiplayer online works very well. It's one of those games that even if you are in last place, you can all of a sudden zoom your way to the front :)

Seriously fun game! It can sometimes be a little frustrating and difficult, but the funny storyline and block blasting is fresh and fun enough to make you want to work through the game!

Fantastic single player, competitive multiplayer.

Raskulls took me by surprise, and within 48 hours I had 100% completion in campaign and grand prix. The game has optional levels that are extremely difficult for those who want a challenge, but average players can still beat the game with minimal frustration

The multiplayer could use more courses to race on, and maybe some more objective-based modes similar to the campaign, but it's still an all-around great experience.

Great game! Gets a little repetitive after awhile and really hard. Other than that good game with nice visuals and smooth gameplay.

Really enjoy this game, lots of great puzzles and great humor. Multiplayer is crazy, which can be funny but also frustrating :P

I had been looking forward to Raskulls for several months, but was somewhat disappointed by the "finished" product. Gameplay did not feel very balanced throughout, as chapter 3 was a breeze compared to some of the levels in the first chapters. Most normal race levels can be stumbled through on the first try, usually didn't take me more than two or three goes at most to win the normal race levels. I hate the levels that require you to finish without running out of boost. Make one tiny mistake that costs you a fraction of a second of delay and your boost runs out right before you get to the next bottle. Raskulls borrows some aspects from Mr. Driller, which is a favorite of mine, but doesn't capture my interest nearly as much.

The story cutscenes are the best thing about the game, as they are pretty funny. The characters are cute, but there are no special abilities, each one plays the same in multiplayer so there is no depth like other character racers such as Mario Kart and Sonic & Sega Racing.

The avatar awards are pretty good, if you can get them ( I have a feeling most people won't be able to get the King Raskull Mask).

Fun mix of platforming, puzzles & racing

Raskulls is an amazing action platformer. I’m not normally a big fan of platformers but Raskulls is more on the action side with some puzzles mixed in. The mix of genres is a lot of fun, and then you add some great art and humor. The story in the “Mega Quest” mode is ridiculous. The levels range from purely puzzle based, to races and a mix of ones in between. Fortunately, most of the campaign has parallel paths to choose from so if you get stuck on one level you can try going on the alternate path. I found this really helpful because there was one specific type of race that I had a lot of trouble with. After completing the campaign there is still a ton to do in the Mega Quest mode because there are side paths you can go back and access once you complete enough levels. Also, many of the levels unlock a harder mode once you complete them the first time. There are also individual leaderboards for each timed level so you can see how much better than your friends you are.

In addition to the Mega Quest mode there is also local and online multiplayer for the World Cup races. There are 16 unique maps for the races that allow you to take on your friends to see who is the fastest. The races are a blast because they tend to be very close all the way to the finish. There are power ups like ghost which makes you pass right through enemies, fireball which shoots you ahead a few spots and steal which takes your opponents power up. You can try to just take the lead and hold it, or play it safe and zap your opponents to slow them down. You can even jump off the other races to try and get a little more height. The hectic pace and multiple lead changes make each race a lot of fun.

There is a ton of Raskulls to play for your $10 and all of it is really fun. I was pleasantly surprised by how great the game is and the variety of game types throughout the campaign.
