Fun, and Just the Right Length

This puzzle/platformer uses quite a novel concept of rotating the screen to move your character rather than moving the character itself.

It plays quite well, and requires a certain amount of thought and planning to get through the levels and collect all of the idols.

The graphics are decent, and unlike others I experienced no motion-sickness problems from the game. I did find that while you can zoom in and out, to plan a level properly you need to be zoomed out for most of the time. As a result I found I had to sit on the floor infront of the TV!

There are 75 levels, which will keep you going for a fair while, so the longevity is reasonable.

The only real gripe about this game is that Dr Diggabone makes the most annoying sounds as he falls around the screen. Luckily, this is easily remedied by using your own avatar instead. It's also mildly amusing to see your avatar dressed up in 'adventurers' clothing.

This game is definitely worth a shot if you're looking for something a bit different!

I think I'm gonna puke...(still good though)

Calling this game dizzying is an understatement. I've got this Xbox Live Arcade title but I haven't actually got very far in it because sometimes you have to refrain from playing it for fear you'll throw-up. The constantly spinning screen makes this game fun and fairly unique, but makes it likely to induce motion-sickness!

This one has me a bit dizzy!

I tried the complete demo of this today, and you are able to play the first 5 of 75 total levels. The gameplay is pretty basic...you are the Lazy Raider...however, you're lazy enough that you don't actually move the main character. Rather, you move the level/terrain by rotating and flipping it. Sometimes there are obstacles in your way such as spikes and fire (at least in the first set of levels). So, you have to make some quick decisions about where you want your Lazy Raider to go. The rotation and flipping of the levels actually got me a bit dizzy (especially if you're rotating really fast), but zooming in helps some.

Another cool feature is that you can play as your XBox LIVE avatar. You actually hear your avatar make sounds (nothing in the way of actual words) as he moves about the levels.

One thing that is missing is multi-player. It would be cool to play a level with another player...so that some levels actually require cooperation to complete.
