DeathSpank Hot

The humor is very good and the action is fast paced.
If you like funny games and you like diablo ish games this is a must have.

My only gripe is that it is diablo lite. There is no random dungeons and no randomly generated gear.
One play through the game and there is nothing much to come back for.

I recommend getting this during a sale cuz 15 dollars is just a tiny bit steep ^^

Collect-a-thons. You know them, you either love them or hate them. Almost every game has them, some games make good use of them and some games don't. DeathSpank sadly is the latter. The collect-a-thons littered throughout the game seriously and quickly become a dark blot on this otherwise perfect game. If you can get past the collect-a-thon problems, you'll most likely LOVE the writing which is both hilarious and fantastic!

Its nice to see a hack and slash dungeon crawler taking an approach similar to a great Pixar or Dreamworks movie; humor and nonsense prevail while all the fun and addicting aspects of classics like Diablo and Gauntlet are still in place.

I can't believe there hasn't been a thousand reviews for DeathSpank already. Jigsawhc is nuts this game is a perfect 10. It has thongs and power up junk food. Who could ask for more?

I'm not saying the game is prefect with that 10 score but it is pretty close. It is one of the funniest games on XBLA and the art style is really well done. This action RPG's plot is fun with many unexpected twists and surprises.

The fighting is simple but with four weapons available at any time you have a lot of ways to fight and make combos. I like that as you fight you build up a "Justice Meter" that then unleashes a massive attack.

There is a ton of loot to find and use but if you don't to deal with that there is an option to always use the best stuff.

Hopefully DeathSpank 2 is already in development or at least some DLC. Great game!
